Night Light exists to bring imagination, creativity and beauty front and centre in the theatre. We make visually arresting devised theatre which challenges, excites and entertains audiences of all ages. Our goal is to get people excited about theatre and the endless possibilities of creating new work.

Our shows are driven by strong cinematic visuals, spectacular set pieces and iconic imagery. Our storytelling is open and accessible; employing puppetry, live music and physical theatre where appropriate.

We work from Cambridge where Artistic Director Rich Rusk is an associate artist at The Junction, but we love to tour and we have strong connections with theatres all over the UK.

We are committed to working with exciting emerging artists and practitioners and through our creative support initiative, The (KINDLING) Project, we work with first time theatre makers on a regular basis.

We love telling our stories to as many people as possible and strive to engage with each individual audience member. Comedy, informality and magic are cornerstones of our work as we invite you into performances that hopefully, you will never forget.
